Spring is here, and we need get our school garden beds ready for planting!
MRES will be holding a garden work day on Saturday, March 30th and Saturday, April 13thfrom 8:30-11:30 a.m. If you need to arrive a little later or leave earlier, that is fine.
Activities may include: seed planting, moving soil into garden beds, weeding and clearing beds (easy to do), mixing compost piles, sign painting, seed organizing, pruning bushes, harvesting produce and more. Be prepared to have a great time -- the garden is beautiful right now!
No experience necessary!
Please bring a water bottle, sunscreen and/or hat, and wear shoes that can get dirty!
